Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create and curate content for websites, social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other communication platforms.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and enhance brand positioning.
- Collaborate with designers, sales teams, and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
- Plan and manage events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Maintain and update the company’s CRM, databases, and contact lists.
- Track KPIs, generate reports, and present insights to optimize marketing performance.
- Assist in SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and website traffic.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for marketing.
