Job Role and Responsibilities:

1. Lead Assessment:
  – Evaluate inbound leads from various sources such as website forms, email campaigns, social media, and events.
  – Assess the quality and potential of outbound leads generated through cold calls, emails, and other outreach efforts.

2. Lead Qualification:
  – Use established criteria and scoring systems to determine the readiness of leads for sales engagement.
  – Identify key information about leads, including their requirement, challenges, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline as per the lead qualification form.

3. Communication:
  – Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, or other communication channels to gather more information and assess their interest.
  – Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company’s products or services.

4. Data Management:
  – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  – Track and report on lead qualification metrics and performance.

5. Collaboration:
  – Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  – Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

6. Process Improvement:

Educational Background and Experience:
