• MBA in HR, business administration • Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR executive • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR executive or similar role • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems • Experience with full-cycle recruiting • Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) • Demonstrable leadership abilities • Solid communication skills • Collaborating with senior management to define an efficient HR strategy • Developing the annual HR plan • Ensuring the delivery of the HR plan • Consult with employers and identify needs and preferred qualification • Interview applicant about their experience education and skills • Contact reference and perform background checks • Inform applicant about job details such as benefits and conditions • Hire or refer qualified candidates • Conduct new employee orientation • Process paperwork • Plan and coordinate the workforce to the best use of employee talent • Resolve issues between management and employees
