Field Sales Executive (Training & Certification) 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our Training & Certification team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct, in-person sales of our Training Courses and Software as a Service Platform in Academia (Colleges, Universities, Technical Training Institutes etc.)

Job description:

  • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Conduct meetings and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Communications & and regular follow-ups for business development. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Generating qualified business leads from various sources.
  • Addressing clients/ partners queries promptly.
  • Visiting Colleges, Universities and Partners for the awareness sessions.
  • Participate in various exhibitions and events for networking and business generation.
  • Maintaining updated information of Company Products & Solutions.
  • Plan and execute Business Promotional activities and Presentations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintaining Weekly and Monthly Reports and presenting it to Business Head.
  • Collaborate with the internal team for lead generation, marketing initiatives, and customer onboarding.

Requirements and skills:

  • Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communications skills.
  • Building & Nurturing Relations, Account Management
  • Excellent in Presentation Skills & Documentation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region as per business needs.
  • Quick learner, with extraordinary attention to learning and taking initiative.
  • Familiarity with Drone, Cloud, AI, ML, SaaS, GIS, spatial analytics, or remote sensing technologies.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Engineering, Technology or related field.
  • MBA (Sales & Marketing)

Experience:

  • Min 2-3 years of proven work experience in selling GIS, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or software products and solutions.
