Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Generate leads and follow up on potential clients.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Share feedback and insights from customers with the sales team to improve processes.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a tele caller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good command of English / Hindi / Marathi / local language as applicable.
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
