On August 7, 2024, Sanjivani Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) and Sanjivani College of Engineering, Kopargaon, invited Team PDRL for an insightful expert session titled “Sky Is The Limit: Drones & Their Business Potential”. This session was designed for both MBA and Mechatronics Engineering students.

Mr. Vishal Joshi began with an overview of the drone industry, highlighting current use cases and the crucial roles of Marketing, HR, Sales, and Business Development within the sector.

Following this, Mr. Nikhil Baravkar covered key topics including drone applications, technologies in the drone ecosystem, essential skills for students, an introduction to PDRL and its products, as well as insights into companies and RPTOs in the drone industry and career opportunities.

The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, where Mr. Vishal and Mr. Nikhil addressed queries from students and staff regarding drone technology.
