PoSH Awareness Session at PDRL
PDRL conducted an in-house PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Awareness Session at its office on 9th June 2026, reaffirming its commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for all employees. The session was facilitated by Dr. Leena P Gorhe, a certified PoSH Train-The-Trainer, and saw active participation from 34 employees across the organization.
Session Overview
The PoSH Awareness Session was held on 9th June 2026 at the PDRL Office, with 22 male and 12 female attendees in attendance. Facilitated by Dr. Leena P Gorhe in coordination with PDRL’s Executive – HR & Admin and Head – Operations, the session covered the key provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 — commonly known as the PoSH Act.
