PDRL at DRON-O-WAR 1.0_2026
PDRL proudly supported DRON-O-WAR 1.0_2026, a national-level UAV and autonomous drone championship organized by Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, held on 2–3 May 2026. The event brought together some of India’s brightest engineering students and drone enthusiasts, providing a platform to showcase innovations in aerial robotics, autonomous navigation, and UAV technologies.
Event Overview
DRON-O-WAR 1.0_2026 witnessed participation from 35 teams comprising approximately 210 students from across India. The championship focused on advancing practical knowledge and innovation in autonomous drone systems, encouraging students to develop and demonstrate cutting-edge UAV solutions in a competitive environment.
PDRL’s Presence at the Event
As a supporting partner, PDRL actively engaged with participating teams through technical discussions and mentorship sessions. PDRL provided access to its indigenous hardware and software technology stacks, enabling students to gain hands-on experience in autonomous systems and drone development.
PDRL also contributed ₹11 lakh towards awards and prizes, recognizing outstanding performances and motivating students to pursue excellence in drone technology and innovation.
