Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Executive – Drone Systems Engineer, you will be the frontline technical support and success partner for customers using AeroGCS and associated drone technologies. You will assist OEMs, system integrators, and end-users by offering deep technical knowledge of the ArduPilot ecosystem, drone components, and GCS operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, troubleshooting, and product satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support to AeroGCS users, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
 - Assist drone OEMs and integrators in configuring ArduPilot-based drones for compatibility with AeroGCS.
 - Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical webinars for clients.
 - Understand and guide users on drone hardware components (ESCs, motors, flight controllers, GPS, telemetry, etc.).
 - Act as a bridge between customer feedback and product development for continuous improvement.
 - Maintain technical documentation and create user guides, FAQs, and helpdesk content.
 - Work closely with R&D and Engineering teams to replicate, debug, and resolve technical issues.
 - Provide insights on GCS enhancements and customer usage patterns.
 - Support cloud-based account setup, API integrations, and log management.
 - Contribute to customer success metrics like onboarding completion, retention, and satisfaction scores.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Aerospace, Electronics, or Computer Science).
 - 1–3 years of experience working in drone technology, customer support, or a similar technical role.
 - Strong knowledge of the ArduPilot/PX4 ecosystem including Mission Planner or similar tools.
 - Understanding of drone architecture and key components (flight controllers, telemetry, ESCs, payloads).
 - Hands-on experience with Ground Control Station software, preferably AeroGCS.
 - Good understanding of cloud systems and basic programming/scripting
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Fluency in English (both spoken and written) with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
 - Proactive, empathetic, and passionate about helping customers succeed.
 
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
- DGCA Type Certification experience or regulatory exposure.
 - Knowledge of UAV protocols (Ardupilot ,MAVLink, etc.).
 - Familiarity with drone log analysis tools and techniques.
 - Experience in SaaS or tech product environments.
 - Fluent in English along with Regional language proficiency for wider customer outreach.
