Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analysing performance, and creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create and curate content for websites, social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other communication platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and enhance brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with designers, sales teams, and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
  • Plan and manage events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Maintain and update the company’s CRM, databases, and contact lists.
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and present insights to optimize marketing performance.
  • Assist in SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and website traffic.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for marketing.
